Contact Us
Got a question about one of our reviews, spotted something that needs updating, or want to suggest a poker site we haven't covered yet? This page explains what we can help with directly, and where to go for the things that sit outside our control.
What We Can Help With
Poker is an independent comparison site covering the best poker apps for real money play in the US. We're not a poker room, and we don't process deposits, hold player funds or run games — so our team can help with things like:
- Corrections or updates to a review, rating, or bonus term we've published
- Feedback on our comparison tables and methodology
- Suggestions for poker sites or apps we haven't reviewed yet
- General questions about how we research and rank operators
- Reports of broken links, outdated information, or factual errors
What to Contact the Poker Site Directly For
Because we don't operate any of the poker rooms listed on this site, we can't access your account, process a withdrawal, or resolve a dispute with an operator. If your question involves any of the following, you'll need to reach out to the poker site itself through the support channel listed in its app or on its website:
- Deposits, withdrawals, or delayed payouts
- Account verification (KYC) or login issues
- Bonus crediting or wagering requirement disputes
- Closing an account or self-excluding from a specific site
- Technical problems with a specific app or client
Each operator we cover — including Coinpoker, Bovada, Stake, Ignition and the others in our rankings — has its own support team for account-level issues, and they'll be able to look into your specific account in a way we simply can't from an editorial site.
Before You Get in Touch: Common Questions
A lot of contact requests are questions we've already answered on the site. A quick check of these might save you a wait:
- "Why isn't [site] on your list?" — We only review and rank operators we've researched in depth. If a site isn't listed, it either hasn't been assessed yet or didn't meet our review criteria.
- "How do you decide the rankings?" — We weigh factors like traffic and liquidity, game variety across cash games, MTTs, Spin & Gos and fast-fold formats, rake and rakeback value, software and mobile quality, payment options and licensing. Commission from any operator never buys a better position.
- "Do you take real money bets?" — No. We're a review and comparison resource only. All real-money play happens on the poker site or app itself.
How We Stay Accountable
Poker earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with some of the poker sites we cover — if you sign up through a link on this site, we may receive a commission. That relationship never determines how a site is scored or ranked; our editorial ratings reflect our own research into traffic, game selection, bonus terms, payment reliability and licensing. If you think we've gotten something wrong, that's exactly the kind of thing we want to hear about.
You can also learn more about who we are and how the site is run on our About Us page, or review the terms that govern use of this site under Terms and Conditions.
Responsible Gambling and Age Requirements
Every poker site we review is intended strictly for players who meet the legal minimum gambling age in their state — 21 in most regulated US states, 18 in a small number of others. Real money poker involves genuine financial risk, and no strategy or skill level removes that risk entirely. Poker should never be treated as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.
If you or someone you know is struggling to keep gambling under control, help is available around the clock through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER. Our Responsible Gambling page has more information, including state-specific resources and self-exclusion options.
Getting a Response
We review incoming messages regularly and try to work through corrections and questions in the order they arrive. General feedback and correction requests tend to get a quicker turnaround than research suggestions, since those often involve checking a new operator's licensing, game offering and terms before we can respond with anything useful. If your message is genuinely account-related, we'll point you back to the operator's support team rather than leave you waiting on us — it's the faster route either way.
